Couples Therapy

Rebuild trust, improve communication, and repair emotional disconnection with therapy designed for deep, lasting relational change.

A Safe Space for Honest Connection

Learn to navigate conflict and reconnect without losing yourself

Couples therapy at Blue Harbor Counseling goes beyond communication tips and surface strategies. The goal is to help partners get to the root of their struggles—often shaped by trauma, shame, attachment wounds, or unresolved resentment.

Whether you're dealing with infidelity, feeling emotionally distant, or questioning your future together, this is a space to do the real work together.

How To Get Started

Step 1
Book Your First Couples Session

We’ll start with a 53- or 83-minute session, in person or via telehealth. This is a space for both partners to be heard, without judgment or sides taken.

Step 2
Establish Your Goals Together

Through weekly (or biweekly, longer-form) sessions, we’ll uncover the patterns, emotions, and unmet needs beneath your most common conflicts.

Step 3
Repair, Reconnect, and Grow

As therapy progresses, you’ll gain the tools to listen better, repair faster, and build a relationship where both partners feel seen, safe, and respected.
