How To Get Started
Step 1
Book Your First Couples Session
We’ll start with a 53- or 83-minute session, in person or via telehealth. This is a space for both partners to be heard, without judgment or sides taken.
Step 2
Establish Your Goals Together
Through weekly (or biweekly, longer-form) sessions, we’ll uncover the patterns, emotions, and unmet needs beneath your most common conflicts.
Step 3
Repair, Reconnect, and Grow
As therapy progresses, you’ll gain the tools to listen better, repair faster, and build a relationship where both partners feel seen, safe, and respected.

We serve many clients with Christian values or spiritual beliefs, and we’re equipped to integrate that when relevant. Therapy remains non-dogmatic, client-centered, and respectful of all belief systems.
